School of Global Access

Faculty, staff, and administration from the Centre for Excellence in Immigrant and Intercultural Advancement (CEIIA) gathered for a strategy session on February 9, 2018. The session was led by Dean Elza Bruk and allowed the group to reflect on what the CEIIA has achieved so far, and how our work continues to evolve.

As part of that evolution, it was announced that the Centre for Excellence in Immigrant and Intercultural Advancement would be renamed to the School of Global Access. The new name opens doors to new audiences and brings awareness to the scope of programs and services we offer.

From this strong foundation, we now have the opportunity to further advance this work to better serve an increasingly interconnected world.

“Over the years, we have successfully introduced thousands of learners to language and workplace skills training programs,” says Elza Bruk, Dean, School of Global Access. “From this strong foundation, we now have the opportunity to further advance this work to better serve an increasingly interconnected world.”
