To be eligible for this program you must qualify for the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program and have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 3 or higher.

We connect prospective Indigenous workers with employers.
The Alberta Indigenous Construction Career Centres (AICCC) is a unique service designed to connect prospective Aboriginal workers with employers recruiting for construction related careers. It is a partnership with NorQuest College, Bow Valley College, the Government of Alberta, First Nation communities, and industry organizations.
The service creates Aboriginal skills development and employment and assists Alberta business and industry with key human resource objectives. It responds to a business solution to address Alberta’s growth and skilled workforce shortages by engaging the resources of our Aboriginal population in urban and rural communities through career development/training and Aboriginal employment opportunities to support economic development.
We offer a wide range of testing services.
The BVC Testing Centre offers testing for academic institutions, as well as business and industry certification and assessment.
The Testing Centre offers workplace readiness testing and skills assessment for Workplace Essential Skills, such as document handling, literacy and numeracy and office skills assessment for typing, data entry, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
We are the only employment centre for francophones in Calgary.
