About the eLearning Toolkit

The eLearning Toolkit was created by Bow Valley College as part of a two phase project funded by the Alberta Government.

Phase one produced an applied research report, Virtual Education in ELL: Opportunities, Challenges and Potential, outlining project findings and recommendations for ELL online course development and delivery. Phase Two of the project utilized the research findings from phase one to create this Toolkit for ELL instructors and course developers.
