As such, this just-in-time job readiness offering helps them identify, develop, and apply their skills to in-demand jobs.
Job Ready: Skills and Strategies for Newcomers is geared towards learners currently at a CLB 4-7 level. Learners will gain an increased awareness of labour-market integration resources, programs, and services all while developing workplace communication skills. This will allow them to better access resources, improve their ability to connect with workplaces, and increase their knowledge, skills, and opportunities to be successful in the Albertan workplace.
